The Southern-Contemporary style Clubhouse is nestled in the heart of the neighborhood and resides on 1.2 acres of land. The complex was constructed in 2020 to compliment the Rouzan community. Its modern and impressive amenities were thoughtfully planned and designed to create an atmosphere where members can come to relax, play, exercise, gather, and thrive.
