How do I reserve The Clubhouse for a private event?
Please contact our event planner for all event inquiries or to schedule a tour of the facilities. The reservation process starts with a quick phone consultation to gather information about the event. Once approved, you will be required to submit a rental agreement along with a deposit to confirm the reservation.
Do I have to be a member of The Clubhouse to rent the amenities?
You do not need to be a member of The Clubhouse at Rouzan to rent the facilities. However, you do need to be a resident of Rouzan.
Do you require a deposit to reserve the amenities?
Yes, a security deposit of $500 is required to reserve your date.
How many people can the space hold?
Due to Covid, your event is limited to 25% capacity or up to 75 people. During “normal” times the venue can hold up to 200 people.
Do you require insurance?
Yes. Event day insurance may be available through WedSafe, CSI coverage or the User’s insurance broker or agent.
