How do I reserve The Clubhouse for a private event?

Please contact our event planner for all event inquiries or to schedule a tour of the facilities. The reservation process starts with a quick phone consultation to gather information about the event. Once approved, you will be required to submit a rental agreement along with a deposit to confirm the reservation.

Do I have to live in the neighborhood to rent the facilities?

You do not need to live in Rouzan to rent the facilities, but you do have to have a member of the community sponsor your rental.

Do you require a deposit to reserve the amenities?

Yes, a security deposit of $500 is required to reserve your date.

How many people can the space hold?

Here is the maximum capacity for our space:

Club Room: 15

Cafe: 40

Cafe/Club Bundle: 55

Courtyard: 50

Pool: 25

Do you require insurance?

Yes. Event day insurance may be available through WedSafe, CSI coverage or the User’s insurance broker or agent.
